How we keep you anonymous

Your company never sees your name. Your answers go into a pool with every other driver at that carrier. The carrier sees percentages, and only when at least five drivers answered the same way. One driver can never be picked out.

We do not store your name, phone, email, IP address or the day you answered with your answers. The month, yes. The day, no.

The gift address lives in a separate locked table that only Retention Opportunity staff can open, only to ship the gift. It is deleted after delivery. It is never joined to your answers and never shown to a carrier.

Your number is shared only if you ask. On the last screen you choose: stay anonymous, let someone outside your company call you, or tell your company who you are so they can fix it. Nothing is shared unless you pick one of the last two.

Your own words are reviewed by a person before a carrier sees them, and reworded if a detail could give you away.

We never sell your information and we never send you marketing.
